From Aviation to the Boardroom
My journey in cybersecurity began long before the field had its current name. Over 30 years, I've witnessed the evolution from physical perimeter security to cloud-native zero trust - and I've had a front-row seat at every major shift.
As CISO of El Al Airlines, I was responsible for securing one of the most targeted organizations in Israel - critical infrastructure, international operations, and a threat landscape that never sleeps. That role shaped my thinking about resilience, risk, and real-world constraints.
As a CTO in multiple high-growth tech companies, I learned that security only works when it's built into the product and culture - not bolted on after the fact.
Today, I channel all of that into two ventures: Cybecs, which delivers enterprise-grade cybersecurity services, and RedRok, an AI-powered Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform.
